Refund & Returns

BYMS Group LLC accepts returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached when applicable.

• Clothing — unworn, unwashed, with original tags when applicable
• Accessories — unused and in original packaging
• Stickers — unopened only
• 3D printed items — defective or damaged items only

• Final sale items marked at checkout
• Digital products
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse by the customer
• Items returned without prior contact and approval instructions

1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return
2. We will send return instructions within 2 business days
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by bank but typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you when appropriate.
